Blake Bell, LPC
Blake is a dedicated professional counselor specializing in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and their families as they navigate life’s challenges. Blake received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia Tech and his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Following his graduate studies, he went on to work in a variety of clinical mental health settings, including residential treatment for children, substance use recovery programs, and specialized treatment for eating disorders.
Blake is passionate about working with individuals and their families who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, neurodevelopmental disorders, substance abuse, disordered eating, trauma, and/or general life struggles and are looking for an affirming and empathetic person to explore these issues with. Through the teaching and practice of self-compassion techniques, Blake encourages his clients to confront their fears, embrace their vulnerabilities, and authentically develop a deeper connection with themselves and others. Using an eclectic model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systemic Therapy, Blake provides a compassionate and empowering environment where clients can explore their inner thoughts and feelings, develop resilience, and embark on a path of self-discovery and growth.
