From the intersection of I-285 and S.R. 400:
- From Interstate 285 on the north end, go north on S.R. 400/US-19 N towards Cumming/Dahlonega.
- Take the second exit entitled 5B Sandy Springs (1.7 miles).
- You should be heading west on Abernathy Road.
- The road will change names to Johnson Ferry Road at the sixth stoplight (1.9 miles).
- Continue on this road across the river and up a long hill until you get to a large intersection with a CVS Pharmacy on the left corner (2.8 miles). This is Lower Roswell Road.
- Take a right hand turn. Go to the first traffic light (approximately 100 yards).
- On your left there will be a building set perpendicular to Lower Roswell Road with a dentist’s office on the end.
This is Building A. We are Building C.- Turn left and go down either side of Building A. We are behind it and to the right.
- Our entrance door is in the middle with the sign.
- Enter and turn to the left into the waiting room.
