Beginners Guide to Yoga

  • If you can breath, you can do yoga.
  • It is yoga practice, not yoga perfect
  • Do not compare you pose to anyone else’s. Every body is different.
  • It doesn’t matter what your pose looks like. What matters is “How does it feel?”
  • Smile! It makes the poses sweeter.
  • Yoga is done barefoot. Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Drink lots of water after class.
