Beginners Guide to Yoga
- If you can breath, you can do yoga.
- It is yoga practice, not yoga perfect
- Do not compare you pose to anyone else’s. Every body is different.
- It doesn’t matter what your pose looks like. What matters is “How does it feel?”
- Smile! It makes the poses sweeter.
- Yoga is done barefoot. Wear comfortable clothes.
- Drink lots of water after class.
