Human Resource Consultant
Randall Sheffield is is a 1992 graduate from Georgia Southern University and a holds a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. He has been a Human Resource Professional for over 15 years and is a member of the National Association of The Society for Human Resource Management. Randall holds his PHR certification and is actively working on his SPHR certification by summer 2011.
Prior to joining Parkaire Consultants, Randall served as Director of Human Resources and Operations for one of the most respected special events companies in the nation. He has done private consulting for small businesses in the areas of Human Resource Processes, Employee Compensation and Benefits, Recruiting and Retention, and Leadership and Coaching.
